According to Australian consumer law, we are not required to offer a refund for a change of mind or incorrect size. However, we can offer a credit note that is valid for 12 months or an exchange of the product for the same value.
A product that is faulty, does not match the description of the item or is unsafe, can be negotiated depending on the severity of the fault – a refund, credit, exchange, or repair may be issued.
